I am a united states Native American indigenous constitutional justice law pro se Elizabeth L Gaskins settelment first war 1822 or about half my blood old indian fields 1770, Georgia Gaskins City, Florida Gaskins City Illinois

The Community of Prospect is one of the oldest known communities in Pasco County. The community was originally settled sometime ca. 1770 by a group Eufaula Indians, which was a sub-group of the Seminoles; during this time period the community was called “Toadchudka”, which means muddy water. The Eufaula Seminoles located to this area from the region around Eufaula, Alabama. The “Toadchudka” village thrived until ca. 1836 when the outbreak of 1st and 2nd Seminole Indian War killed and completely destroyed the our village and tribal land belonging to the Eufaula from Alabama to Pasco florida this land was never for sale or was any rights given to the history of florida is NOT up to date with my late ancestors. i would like to came to florida and reclaim our village and have a united states indigenous women for justice judicial committee of the privy council native american tribunal.
